ASUENE has been featured in Fortune, one of the most influential U.S. business publications with 30 million monthly visits and over 5.9 million global magazine readers. The print editions for the U.S. and Asia are being released today, and the digital article has already been published.
Since our founding in 2019, we have pursued our mission of “Changing the world for the next generation” by delivering an all-in-one platform that enables companies to measure, reduce, and report GHG emissions. Our business has grown beyond Japan to markets worldwide.
The challenge to enter into the U.S. since 2023 has not been an easy journey, but through strategic market development and M&A, we have built a strong foundation that has driven major contract wins and accelerated business growth.

In 2025, we expanded our capabilities by acquiring energy management company NZero, transforming our platform with AI-driven solutions that reduce both emissions and costs. NZero is widely deployed by state governments as Nevada and Michighan and leading enterprises in the U.S., and the combined offering is accelerating progress on decarbonization and operational efficiency.
The Fortune feature highlights how ASUENE, a Japan-born climate tech, is transforming the company’s sustainability into a competitive advantage through M&A and AI. It also includes photos of CEO Kohei Nishiwada and executives from NZero. Read the full feature here: https://x.gd/x98qy
